Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. (This recipe can be made for any number of people. Just buy as many chicken breasts as people).
  2. Debone chicken breasts. Place meat between saran wrap and pout with mallet until 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread 2 small pats of butter and put 1/2 slice swiss cheese and 1/4 slice ham. Roll up and secure with toothpicks; then roll in egg, salt and pepper. Then flour, salt and pepper. Then back in egg mixture and finally bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in skillet with oil or shortening (Slowly)
  5. Let cook about 1 hour.
