Fresh Apple Bundt Cake

  1. In mixing bowl, beat on high speed sugar, orange juice, oil, vanilla and eggs.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder,
  3. and salt; blending into orange juice mixture.
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine apples, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar.
  6. Pour half of dough mixture into a greased bundt pan; add half of apple mixture. Layer remaining ingredients in same order; ending with dough mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan after 5 minutes.
  8. Cool on rack and glaze with your favorite glaze.
