Sesame Pork And Broccoli

  1. In a small bowl, combine broth, cornstarch and soy sauce; mix well.
  2. Stir in onions and set aside.
  3. Cut pork into bite-sized strips.
  4. Heat oil in wok or nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add pork and garlic; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove pork; keep warm.
  6. Add broccoli and broth to wok; simmer 8 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pork and pimento; cook just until hot.
  8. Stir frequently.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
