Mexican Fiesta Dip

• 2 (10 oz.) cans bean dip
• 3 ripe avocados
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 pkg. taco mix (Round's)
• 2 bunches green onion tops, chopped
• 3 medium tomatoes, chopped and well drained
• 1 small can black olives, chopped and drained
• 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

1. Spread bean dip on platter in 10-inch round circle (large plate).
2. Mix the avocados and lemon juice and mash; spread over beans.
3. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix together; spread over avocados.
4. Spread the green onion tops over all.
5. Add tomatoes to top of onions.
6. Add olives to top of tomatoes.
7. Top complete dip with cheese.
8. The circle makes a very colorful and attractive dip!
9. Serve with taco chips.
10. Serves 12 to 16 with a large package of taco chips.
