Taco Ring

  1. In microwave safe bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and water. Cover and microwave on high approx. 7 minutes.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls into triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13# round pizza stone/sheet or casserole with the wide ends overlapping in the center and points toward the outside (there should be a 5" diameter opening in the center). Scoop meat evenly onto the widest end of each triangle. Bring outside points of each triangle down over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center (filling will not be completely covered).
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cut top off pepper, discarding top, membrane and seeds. Fill with salsa.
  6. Place pepper in the center of the cooked ring. Arrange lettuce, onion, tomatoes and olives around the ring. Garnish with sour cream.
