Eggnog Pops

  1. 1) In a saucepan, combine: powder, eggnog, sugar and stir over medium-low heat until powder & sugar are dissolved. Pour into a bowl/pitcher.
  2. 2) Whisk in rum & vanilla extracts, nutmeg, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 3) Whip cream until it STARTS to thicken 1-2 minutes. Fold cream into eggnog mixture to create marble patterns.
  4. 4) Pour into pop molds, insert sticks, freeze 8 hours.
  5. 5) Remove from freezer, let stand 5 minutes before removing from mold; sprinkle additional cinnamon.
