Smokin Summer Jalapenos!

  1. Pre Prep:
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 min prior to cooking
  3. Rinse and dry all jalapeAos
  4. Slice bacon strips in half and set aside
  5. Main Prep:
  6. Slice all jalapeAos in half (vertically) and place on a large cookie sheet
  7. Using a carving knife to gently cut out the inside of each half - just remove the seeds
  8. Using a butter knife spread a generous about of cream cheese inside each half
  9. Season each half - directly on cream cheese - with fajita seasoning
  10. Wrap 1 half bacon strip around each half and place on skewer (about 3 per stick)
  11. Lightly brush grill with olive oil
  12. Place skewers on grill
  13. Cook until bacon is nice and crisp and "melts" into the jalapeAo
  14. SERVE AND ENJOY!!
