Ribs With Whole Grained Mustard Bbq Sauce

  1. Season ribs with the rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Set on backing sheet or shallow pan and cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until melted and incorporated.
  3. Brush ribs with sauce and grill meaty side down for five minutes, then turn and grill another five minutes. Brush with more sauce and grill meaty side down another five minutes.
  4. * The whole grain dijon mustard is what makes this recipe. Do not substitute "plain" mustard. I've added additional mustard seeds to the recipe with good results.
  5. Enjoy.
