Holiday Pie

  1. Mix above together and fill unbaked pie crust and then make a lattice to cover the top of the pie. Whisk egg and a little milk together and then brush crust and lattice with that mixture. If desired, sprinkle with decorative sugars--red and green are nice for Christmas. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50 mins. till bubbly and brown. Cover crust edge with protecotr or foil if it is browning too quickly.
