Cabbage Rolls(Also Known As Polish Pigeons)

  1. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Boil cabbage leaves until limp.
  3. Separate, trim and cool.
  4. Combine all but tomato soup and vinegar.
  5. Divide mixture among cabbage leaves. Roll together and secure each with toothpicks.
  6. Mix tomato soup with (extra leaves cover the filled ones before tomato soup) 1 can water and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
  7. Pour over cabbage rolls.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours or cook in skillet over very low heat for 45 minutes.
  9. Stir often spooning sauce over rolls.
