Brent'S Turkey Tacos

  1. Brown the turkey in a pot and drain fat. Add seasoning and water and simmer until reduced.
  2. Chop lettuce however you want it in your taco.
  3. Grate cheese like you would see about to go on your pizza, powdery.
  4. Add a naked frying pan to med-high heat. Add a frying pan with enough oil to coat one side of the tortilla to another frying pan on med heat.
  5. When oil is hot, add tortilla and fry on one side only for a matter of seconds. 5-10 at most. Then transfer tortilla with tongs to naked pan. Immediately add American Cheese to tortilla and a spoon full of taco meat.
  6. Cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy yet bendable.
  7. Slide tortilla directly onto plate with cotija cheese to coat one side. Add hot sauce either in the pan or now (if desired) and add lettuce and serve.
  8. You usually have to make these individually. Reason being the tacos come off hot and nummy for all.
  9. Enjoy!
