- 1 lg.tnion, chopped
- 1 clovetarlic, minced
- 1 treen pepper, chopped
- 1 lbtround beef, lean
- 1 canthole Corn, drained
- 1-15 oztomatoes, diced
- 1 small can Mushroom pieces
- 3/4 lbtharp cheese, grated
- 1 small can Tomato Paste
- 1- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 lb. pkg. Vermicelli Pasta
- Noodles, cooked and drained
- In skillet, melt abt 1 Tbls. margarine, add, onion, green pepper & garlic. Saute. Add
- ground beef. Stir & brown. Add salt & black pepper to taste. Now add corn, tomatoes,
- mushroom pieces, noodles and 1/2 lb. shredded cheese (reserve 1/4 lb for topping).
- Pour into large casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for approx. 40 min.
- Uncover, top with remaining cheese, bake 20 min. more.
- Serve with salad and toasted Italian bread....mmmmm!!
