Coffee Hazelnut Muffins

  1. 1.treheat oven to moderately hot. Grease 12-hole muffin pan.
  2. 2.tift flours into large bowl; stir in hazelnut meal, sugar, combined coffee and water, and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes. Spread cold muffins with hazelnut frosting.
  3. 3.tazelnut Frosting; Sift icing sugar and cocoa into small bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Makes 12
  5. Per Serving 22.5g fat; 1931kj
