Yummy Peach Cobbler

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart round cake dish or casserole.
  3. Blend next 3 ingredients.
  4. Beat in eggs and buttermilk.
  5. Set aside 2 cups batter.
  6. Spoon remainder over fruit.
  7. Blend butter and marmalade into reserved batter. Pour into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
  8. Place cobbler on lower shelf, muffins on upper shelf of a preheated oven (375u0b0). Bake muffins 20 minutes and cobbler for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Serve muffins warm, and serve cobbler warm with cream and nutmeg.
