Chuck Wagon Roundup
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. wieners or smoked sausage
- 1 lb. can barbecue beans
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- Beat egg; add oil and milk.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Spread bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Reserve 2 wieners. Cut others in 1/2-inch slices.
- Combine with rest of ingredients. Spoon into center of dough in pie pan.
- Cut 2 wieners lengthwise, then crosswise.
- Arrange, spoke fashion, skin side up, on bean mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
