Orange Chili Szechuan Chicken

  1. Marinade Chicken in cornstarch ,sugar ,salt ,lemond juice
  2. Combine ingredients for the sauce, stir and set aside.
  3. Heat the Wok to high temp. add the chicken one portion at a time stir-fri till about half cooked . Add Sauce for the portion. Cook untill sauce thickens a little.
  4. Put on top steamed Rice and/or Veggie.
  5. Garnish with Orange slice and a little extra zest !
