Company Casserole

  1. Cook and drain noodles.
  2. Saute ground chuck in 1 tablespoon margarine until brown.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion.
  7. In 2-quart casserole, spread layer of noodles, layer of cheese mixture and repeat layers until all is used.
  8. Pour melted margarine on top.
  9. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
  10. Chill.
  11. About 1 hour before serving, heat oven to 375u0b0.
  12. Bake 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
