Crock Pot Saucy Ribs
- 4 lb boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Place the ribs in the crock pot. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Mix all the other ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour the sauce onto the ribs and stir to coat. Cook on high for 4 hours. When done, remove the ribs from the crock pot and place on a pan with a rack. Pour the sauce into a small stock pot and cook it down until thickened. Brush some sauce on the ribs and bake in 400 deg F oven for about 10 minutes. Serve the remaining sauce in a separate bowl.
