Pasta Vodka

  1. Saute onion and garlic until soft. In a separate pan, brown chicken pieces
  2. and crisp proscuitto. Mix meat and olives in with onions and garlic. Bring heat to
  3. med-high. Add vodka and ignite. Bring heat to low. After flame dies out,
  4. add cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add pepper and
  5. parlsey. Combine with cooked pasta and shredded parmesan.
