Crocked Ribs

  1. Brush short ribs with gravy seasoning and place in bottom of 5 1/2 quart crock-pot.
  2. Add carrots, onions, garlic, bay leaves and potatoes.
  3. Combine tapioca, pepper, thyme, salt and bouillon. Sprinkle mixture over short ribs.
  4. Pour wine and water over all and cover.
  5. Cook on high setting for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
