Party Chicken
- 1.75# chicken breast
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups panko
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped bacon
- 3 tbs. butter
- 10.75 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- 1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- 2. Grease pan adequate to hold chicken breasts in a single layer (cooking spray or olive oil).
- 3. Place flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt on a plate. Coat chicken breasts with flour and place in pan.
- 4. In a separate bowl mix together mayo and soup. Pour over chicken breasts.
- 5. In bowl mix together softened butter, panko, shredded cheese and bacon until crumbly. Top chicken breasts with mixture.
- 6. Cover pan with foil.
- 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes.
- 8. Remove from oven and slice before serving.
