Fish Curry Recipe

  1. 1 Marinate fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt for an hour
  2. 2 Grind one onion, tomatoes, cumin powder, chilli powder and coriander powder
  3. 3 Heat oil in sauce pan and add mustard seeds
  4. 4 Once it starts popping, add chopped onion and garlic and almost blacken it(do not burn). Reduce heat to low
  5. 5 Add the ground mixture from step 2, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups water. Let it boil well for 5-7 minutes
  6. 6 Add fish and let it boil in low heat until cooked for approximately 5 minutes. Do not over cook at anytime
  7. 7 Sprinkle cilantro for look and flavor and serve hot
