Glazed Nuts

  1. heat over to 250, spray cooksheet with non-stick spray
  2. In large bowl combine wine (water) egg whites sugar and salt and whisk until blended.
  3. Add nuts and spices, toss to coat thoroughly. Spread nuts on cookie sheet, bake 1 hr or until browned and dry - stir occationally to prevent sticking. Cool and store in airtight containers at room temperature.
