Hamburger Biscuit Bake

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; salt lightly.
  2. Remove from heat and add shredded cheese and parsley.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise.
  4. Add water to envelope of biscuit mix.
  5. Knead lightly. Divide in half.
  6. Roll out two 8-inch circles.
  7. Place one in 8-inch casserole round dish and cover with beef and cheese mixture. Top with second circle of biscuit mix.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for a half hour, or until browned and done.
  9. Cut into wedges.
  10. Serve with mushroom soup sauce.
