Charles' Hot Shrimp Dip
- 4--8oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temp.
- 1/2 tsp Worchester
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. Shrimp Cleaned.....Coarsely chopped or Shrimp Meat
- Paprika to sprinkle on top before baking
- Chop the Shrimp in food processor(or use Shrimp Meat). Best to do in divided amounts so the Shrimp won't turn to mush.
- Set aside.
- Combine in a bowl the Cream Cheese, Wochester, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder with a mixer, until cramed.
- Stir gently the Shrimp meat into the Cream Cheese mixture.
- When all combined spoon into a 6-8 inch.........3 inch deep baking ceramic.
- Sprinke top with the Paprika.
- Back in pre-heated oven at 375*F for 35-45 min till bubbling.
- Serve with Triscuits & White/Blush Wine of choice.
- ENJOY this by yourself or share with others at a gathering.
- You will get 'Raves' about this Hot Shrimp Dip.
- Best to make two if for a party, because it will vanish quickly.
