Hot Seafood Mold
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. hot picante salsa
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (6 oz.) crab meat
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Soften gelatin in water in bowl.
- Bring picante salsa to a boil in saucepan.
- Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Beat in cream cheese.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Add onions, bell pepper, celery, crab, shrimp and Tabasco sauce.
- Mix well.
- Fold in mayonnaise.
- Chill until partially set.
- Spoon into greased mold. Chill overnight.
- Unmold onto serving plate.
- Serve with crackers.
