The Ultimate Gourmet Burger
- 3lb. ground burger
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions (if desired)
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp. worstechire suace
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. minced or diced garlic
- 4 or 8 onion buns
- Sart by frying bacon in pan and set aside.
- Melt 4 tbsp. of butter and 1tbsp. of minced or diced garlic in small pan and brush onto buns.
- Mix all other ingredients together and form into either desired patty size.
- Spray grill w/ non stick spray and turn on high for 3 minutes or until temp reaches 450+. then turn down to low heat.
- Spray one side of patty w/ non stick spray and put that side down onto grill.
- Grill for about 3 minutes and repeat for other side of patty.
- During last 2 minutes of grilling throw buttered buns on top rack and grill (toast) with patties for remaining 2 minutes.
- Pull off grill, Add bacon and serve.
