Low Carb Pizza With Ham & Caramelized Onions

  1. pre heat oven to 350
  2. top tortilla with olive oil and garlic
  3. then top with pizza sauce
  4. then caramelized onions
  5. then fresh mozzarella
  6. top with ham
  7. cook for about 10-15 minutes until bubbly - top with fresh arugula
  8. Caramelized onions (makes 1-2 cups)
  9. 2 onions sliced thin
  10. 2 tbl EV olive oil
  11. dash salt
  12. 1 teaspoon sugar
  13. coat large saute pan with olive oil add onions and stir until coated, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes add sugar and salt continue to stir occasionally preventing the onions from sticking for another 20 minutes
