Heath Bar Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Line rimmed cookie sheet with foil
  3. Place Saltine crackers in a row on sheet
  4. In sauce pan melt margarine, butter and brown sugar, bring to boil
  5. Immediately pour mixture on top of crackers, spread quickly
  6. Bake for 5 minutes
  7. As soon as they come out of oven sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Wait 1-2 minutes for chocolate to melt and spread over crackers.
  8. Immediately spread Heath chips.
  9. Separate and lift crackers onto wax paper.
  10. Place in fridge for 1/2 hour to harden.
  11. Makes about 40
