Heath Bar Cookies
- 1 sleeve of Saltine crackers
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 bag heath chips
- Reynolds foil wrap
- wax paper
- Preheat oven to 425
- Line rimmed cookie sheet with foil
- Place Saltine crackers in a row on sheet
- In sauce pan melt margarine, butter and brown sugar, bring to boil
- Immediately pour mixture on top of crackers, spread quickly
- Bake for 5 minutes
- As soon as they come out of oven sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Wait 1-2 minutes for chocolate to melt and spread over crackers.
- Immediately spread Heath chips.
- Separate and lift crackers onto wax paper.
- Place in fridge for 1/2 hour to harden.
- Makes about 40
