Fudge Puddles
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter together.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.
- Mix all well and chill for one hour.
- Shape into 48 balls, 1-inch each. Place in lightly greased mini muffin tins.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 14 to 16 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately make "wells" in center of each with a melon baller.
- Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack and fill.
