Salmon And Spinach Saute With Creamed Stewed Tomat
- salmon fillet 1/2 lb fillet / person
- soy sauce
- Salmon seasoning
- Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice 1 - 2 lemons
- 1/2 lb spinach /person
- 2-3 T olive oi
- 2-3 garlic gloves
- liberal amount of Parmesan
- 1/2 c Half & Half
- 2T butter
- 2T flour
- can of stewed tomatoes
- Marinade the salmon for 30 min
- sprinkle salmon with mixture of olive oil, L juice and soy sauce. Sprinkle salmon seasoning liberally
- Bake 20 minutes 350 oven
- While it's baking saute chopped garlic in oil lower heat add spinach stir until wilted
- When Salmon is done turn up heat on spinach slightly add alittle half &half and libral amount of P cheese
- when melted transfer to plate put salmon on top
- Serve with cream of stewed tomatoes melt 2Tbutter/2Tflour/4T half&half add undrained can of stewed tomatoes
