Poppy Seed Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two loaf pans.
  2. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add in sugar, milk, oil, and flavorings, mixing to combine. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in separate bowl, then add into moist ingredient, mixing to combine. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into prepared pans, bake for 1 hour, or until tester comes out clean.
  3. To make glaze, combine all glaze ingredients over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  4. When bread comes out of the oven, let cool for ten minutes in pans, and then pour glaze over top. Cool completely in pans.
