Mustard Gammon And Egg Pie

  1. 1.tre heat the oven to 2000C/ 400oF/Gas 6
  2. 2.toil the potatoes until soft, drain and mash, adding in the creme fraiche and the salt
  3. 3.tlace flour, butter and milk in a pan and heat, gently stirring until sauce has thickened
  4. 4.tdd in the Mustard Gammon and stir
  5. 5.tour the sauce into an ovenproof dish. Peel and quarter the eggs and place on top
  6. 6.tnce the mash has cooled gently spread on top of the pie all the way to the edges.
  7. 7.tix together the cheddar cheese and wholegrain mustard and sprinkle on top of the potatoes
  8. 8.tlace the dish in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes until top is golden brown

pack tesco, milk, flour, butter, wholegrain mustard, eggs, potatoes, creme fraiche, salt, cheddar cheese
