Reese'S Chicken Alfredo
- 3-4 chicken breasts cut in strips
- Blackened seasoning
- 1-2 packages of fresh fettuccini noodles
- 1 stick of butter
- 2-4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 8 oz of Parmesan cheese grated
- 8 oz of Asiago or Ramono cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1-3 chopped tomatoes
- 6-12 Green onions chopped
- Coat the chicken with the blackening seasoning and cook. Bring water to boil for noodles and cook as per package instructions. In a heavy bottomed pan, melt butter. Saute garlic in butter. Add heavy cream and heat till steaming over med low heat. Do not let it burn or stick to the bottom. Stir in cheese and continue stirring. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to sauce to thicken. Heat until sauce is steaming and thick.
- Top noodles with chicken and sauce and then garnish with tomatoes and onions.
