Sour Cream Pound Cake(Awarding Winning Recipe)

  1. Blend
  2. butter,tugar
  3. and
  4. egg
  5. in
  6. this order: all of butter, 1/2
  7. to
  8. 1tup sugar and one egg.tlend and continue process
  9. until
  10. all
  11. is
  12. blended,
  13. beating well.
  14. Sift flour 3 times; addto egg mixture with sour cream (1 cup flour with a portion
  15. of
  16. sour cream);
  17. repeat, mixing on medium speed with electric
  18. mixer.
  19. Add
  20. soda; blend.
  21. Add flavoring.
  22. Pour into well-greased
  23. pan.tine bottom of pan with greased wax paper. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  24. Baking time may vary. Cake is
  25. done when a wooden toothpick is inserted and it comes out dry.
