Grilled Tuna In Tomato Sauce With Linguine

  1. grill tuna and cut up into bite sized pieces.
  2. bring large pot of salted water to a boil
  3. open cans of tomatoes in a large bowl and squeeze through fingers ( cut off hard ends if they are present)
  4. In large saute pan add about 2 tablespoons olive oil,heat and add garlic.
  5. Add tomatoes salt and pepper and basil leaves
  6. add capers
  7. shake of red pepper flakes
  8. simmer for 30 minutes
  9. add tuna
  10. cook another 10 minutes
  11. boil pasta
  12. drain and add directly to tuna and sauce
  13. add cheese and mangia!

tuna, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, basil, capers, salt, red pepper, hard cheese
