Evil Joker Caribbean Beefsteak
- 2 lbs. beef flank steak
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Durkee grill Sensations smokey mesquite seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- shredded orange peel
- shredded lime peel
- Score both sides of beef
- Combine sugar, juices, garlic, grated peels, salt, peppers and cinnamon in 2 quart glass dish
- Add beef, turn to coat
- Conver and refrigerate beef at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
- Remove beef from marinade
- Grill or pan sear approximately six minutes each side for medium-rare or until cooked as desired.
- Garnisk with shredded orange and lime peels
