Handva Indian Corn Bread
- 2 cups Semolina
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- taste Coriander
- taste Green Chilies
- 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (frozen)
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Powder
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves (crushed)
- 2 cups Yogurt
- Mix all of the listed ingredients above with 2 cups yogurt.
- Add water in the batter based on consistency (bring to the same consistency of cake batter).
- Preheat oven to 380 and bake it for 40 minutes.
