Blue Cornmeal Scones

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix dry ingredients in food processor
  3. Add butter and pulse till mixed
  4. Add buttermilk
  5. Pulse till just mixed
  6. Turn dough out on floured surface
  7. Sprinkle with currants
  8. Fold it in it self 6 times
  9. Divide on half
  10. Shaped into two discs
  11. Cut each disc into 6 pie shaped pieces each
  12. Transfer to nonstick surface
  13. Bake 12-14 minutes
