Sour Cream Banana Bundt Cake

  1. 11/4 hours | 20 min prep
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
  4. Stir in vanilla and bananas.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to banana mixture alternately with sour cream.
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan.
  9. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 for 50 minutes or tests done with toothpick.
  10. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
