Candie'S Chicken Divan
- 3 BONLESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST, COOKED.
- 1 LARGE HEAD OF BROCOLLI, STEAMED SLIGHTLY
- 4 CARROTS, SLICED AND STEAMED SLIGHTLY
- 1 LEMON JUICED
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF CURRY POWDER
- 2 CANS OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 CUP OF MAYO
- CHEDDAR CHEESE, SEE ABOVE NOTE.
- BREAD CRUMBS, SEE ABOVE NOTE
- BOIL CHICKEN UNTIL DONE, REMOVE AND CUT INTO PIECES
- COOK THE BROCOLLI AND CARROTS UNTIL JUST ABOUT DONE.
- IN A LARGE CASSEROLE PUT IN COOKED CHICKEN AND VEGTABLES
- IN A LARGE BOWL ADD THE SOUP, MAYO, LEMON AND CURRY POWDER, MIX WELL AND PUT ON TOP OF THE CHICKEN AND VEGS, TOP WITH ALOT OF GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE THE TOP CHEESE WITH BREAD CRUMBS.
- COOK AT 350 DEGREES ABOUT ONE HOUR, SHOULD BE BROWN ON TOP AND BUBBLY.
- I SERVE COOKED BROWN RICE ON THE SIDE WITH A GREEK SALAD. I WILL ADD THIS RECEIPE AS WELL.
