Doug'S Crab Cakes And Sauce

  1. Crab Cakes
  2. Add 1/2 of Ritz crumbs, pepper, onions, and parsley. Mix in egg white, mayonaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Add Old Bay, dry mustard and garlic powder.
  3. Fold in crab meat and form into 6 patties.
  4. Fry 5 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Sauce
  6. Mix all ingredients together.
