Doug'S Crab Cakes And Sauce
- 1 cup Crushed Original Ritz Crackers
- 1/2 Red pepper - diced
- 2 Green Onions - thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 Egg White
- 2 tablespoons Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 cans Cans of Crab Meat
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Chives
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
- Crab Cakes
- Add 1/2 of Ritz crumbs, pepper, onions, and parsley. Mix in egg white, mayonaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Add Old Bay, dry mustard and garlic powder.
- Fold in crab meat and form into 6 patties.
- Fry 5 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
- Sauce
- Mix all ingredients together.
