Corn Chowder With Chicken

  1. Set skillet to Medium-High.
  2. Add Pork Belly to skillet.
  3. Cook until browned.
  4. Remove Pork Belly, set aside.
  5. Set slow-cooker to High.
  6. Add Chicken to skillet with pork drippings.
  7. Cook until browned.
  8. Remove Chicken, add to slow-cooker.
  9. Add Onion and Celery to skillet.
  10. Cook until tender.
  11. Add Chicken Broth and Soups to skillet with Onion and Celery.
  12. Cook through, add to slow-cooker.
  13. Add Carrots, Potatoes, Corn, Thyme to slow-cooker.
  14. Stir together.
  15. Cook in show-cooker on High 2-3 hours.
  16. Add Half and Half 10-15 minutes before serving.
  17. Use Pork Belly as Garnish.
