2Good 2Be Easy Crawfish Gumbo

  1. Heat oil and garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions, bell pepper and celery and saute 3-5 minutes until tender. Add soups, sauces and thawed crawfish (w/juice) and cook on medium to low heat for 15 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
  2. *Best served with rice.
  3. *In the off-season you can use only 1lb of crawfish and add 1 diced sausage link and 1 diced chicken breast.
  4. *Leftovers may be frozen for later enjoyment!
