Oatmeal-Honey Bread(Easy To Make And Good For You!)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and pour boiling water over all.
  3. Let cool until lukewarm (approximately 1/2 hour).
  4. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture.
  5. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing well until dough is no longer damp or sticky.
  6. Knead well; cover and let rise until dough becomes double in bulk.
  7. Punch down and divide 4 equal shares.
  8. Shape into loaves, kneading each one.
  9. Let rise in buttered pans until doubled in bulk and bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
