Beef And Bisquit Casserole
- 1 can of premade biscuits uncooked
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups cubed beef
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon oregano leaves crushed
- 1 - 10 3/4 ounce can condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can cut Green Beans
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Canned Tomatoes
- In a sauce pan, brown beef, with the olive oil, garlic and onion. Once browned, pour off any excess oil, and add soup, green beans and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Pour into 1 1/2 Court casserole dish, place biscuits around the edges of the casserole. Lightly brush the tops of the biscuits with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot and biscuits are browned. Makes 3 1/2 Cups
