Fruit And Nut Tropical Slaw

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup.
  2. Cut up pineapple; set aside.
  3. Combine the reserved syrup and lemon juice. Coat banana slices with 1 tablespoon of juice mixture.
  4. Set remaining juice aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, banana, cabbage, celery, oranges, nuts and raisins.
  6. Blend the reserved juice mixture with the yogurt and salt.
  7. Add to cabbage mixture.
  8. Toss lightly to coat.
  9. Cover and chill.
