Panama City Texas Beans
- 1/4 cup bacon fat
- 1 large onion, chopped, half course half finely
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can large butter beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 3 cans (or 1 large can) "Ranch Style Beans"
- 19 packs ketchup (1/2 cup)
- 26 packs mustard (1/2 cup)
- 1 can Rotel
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 bottle Shiner Bock
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon comino (cumin)
- After breakfast, open the bottle of Shiner Bock and drink half, while mixing all ingredients except for the beer and comino into a crock pot set to high. Put the remaining beer aside. Go to the beach, let it cook all day. Half an hour before dinner add the comino and the half bottle of beer.
