Bernaie'S Harissa Couscous

  1. Cut tomatoes into quarters and sprinkle the 1/2 tsp of salt over them. Set aside.
  2. Mix harissa paste with the V8 juice and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the couscous and tomatoes, stir and cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Be sure to do this at the end of your meal preparation, when everything else in your meal is almost ready, as this takes no time whatsoever.
  5. When you are about to plate this, you might think the finished product is one, big lump... but after you stir in the butter, you'll find it's a beautiful, fluffy grain.
  6. Also, start with just one Tablespoon of Harissa paste, then add more the next time if you desire more heat.
