Choc-Oat-Craisin-Chip Cookies
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 lg. eggs
- 2 Tbls. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. rolled oats, regular
- 2 c. Nestle' Toll House Chips
- 1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 c. craisins
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 F / 350 F convection.
- 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- 3. Beat brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.
- 4. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- 5. Stir in oats, chips, walnuts, and craisins ... mix well.
- 6. Place on parchment covered baking sheet using 2 Tbls. scoop.
- 7. Bake 16 minutes until done. Cool one minute then place on wire racks to cool completely.
